Filehippo

Filehippo is one of my favorite places to get software for all my computer needs. The majority of software on the site is free and you can get anything from IM software to Security software.

One of the coolest features though is their Update Checker, which automatically scans your computer for software on you PC that may be out of date. You can then choose to download them and update your computer.

Unlike Ninite, filehippo does not do all the software at once, allowing you flexibility to keep the versions you have installed. You can also customize the results from the Update Checker, so that you don’t get notified of releases for a particular software. Check it out.
